By placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Our free stone-setting service on melee size diamonds, simulants (Cubic zirconias), and colored stones (0.005 ct – 0.10 ct) has a 1-time validity per customer and is valid for Devaluchi Joaillerie items only.
- Our free resizing and cleaning service has a 1-time validity per customer and is valid for Devaluchi Joaillerie items only.
- we offer money back guarantee for the ff. unlikely instances:
- Jewelry that has been tarnished within the 1st week of purchase
- Stones that fallen-off within the 1st week of purchase
- False details/ incorrect statement of gem specs and materials
- Prongs that have bent within seven days after purchase
- Deliveries around Metro Manila will be handled by our company courier: A receiving form must be signed during cash on delivery payments for the benefit of both the customer and the company
- All items are new unless otherwise stated.
- All of our pieces are not mass produced and are handmade unless otherwise stated. Color and the texture of the pieces will vary slightly.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time or to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
- Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Colors and textures depicted should be used as a guide only as some items may appear different depending on lighting conditions, and your computer monitor display.
SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY
- Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
- For Provincial and International Customers, if an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged. All products are inspected before being shipped to ensure quality items are being sent to you. Items for exchange due to customer’s change of mind or items found to be damaged caused by customer’s negligence and mishandling will not be entertained.
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping/ pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
