What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day returns for all customers nationwide and worldwide.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return window starts from the shipment is delivered or picked up

Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

Engraved jewelry pieces and earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment is non-returnable

What is your cancellation policy?

Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their jewelry orders within a specified timeframe, typically within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order.

This allows customers to change their minds or modify their purchases. After this period, cancellation may be subject to certain conditions or fees.

Custom/Bespoke Orders: For custom or bespoke jewelry orders, cancellation policies may vary due to the personalized nature of the product.

Customers may be required to provide a non-refundable deposit
to initiate the customization process. If a cancellation request is made after the production or design work has begun, the deposit may be non refundable.


Exemptions: Certain jewelry items may be exempt from cancellation or return policies for hygiene or
safety reasons. For example, earrings or intimate body jewelry may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to health and safety considerations.


Communication and Process: The cancellation policy should be clearly stated on Devaluchi website chatbot or contact us page, during the purchase process, or within the terms and conditions.

What is your shipping policy?

Delivery Area: Our delivery service is currently available within Metro Manila only. We strive to provide prompt and efficient delivery services to customers within this designated area.


Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver jewelry pieces from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on factors such as product availability, customization requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will communicate the estimated delivery timeframe to customers during the order process.


Delivery Method: All jewelry pieces will be delivered by our company courier, ensuring that the items
are handled with care and securely transported.

We have trained our couriers to handle delicate and valuable items to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


Delivery Charges: We provide complimentary delivery for all jewelry orders within Metro Manila. There are no additional charges for the delivery service. However, this policy is subject to change, and any updates regarding delivery charges will be communicated to customers in advance.


Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during the order placement process. We strongly recommend verifying the delivery address before finalizing the order to ensure a successful and timely delivery.

Any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may result in additional charges or rescheduling.


Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery, our courier will obtain a signature or confirmation of receipt from the customer or an authorized representative at the specified delivery address. This
confirmation serves as proof of delivery.

Delivery Updates and Tracking: We will provide periodic updates on the status of the delivery, including tracking information if available.

Customers can inquire about their delivery status by contacting our customer service team or using any provided tracking tools or platforms.


Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier is unable to deliver the jewelry item due to the recipient's
unavailability or an incomplete address, a re-delivery attempt will be scheduled.

Additional attempts may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted to arrange alternative delivery arrangements or pick-
up options.

Online Purchase

For purchases made on our website, you can return your purchases online and in-store. To return your order you must notify us within 30 days from the date your order arrived. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to Devaluchi Joaillerie. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

To return, you must inform preferably:

Refund Policy

Once return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. Once processed you will receive a confirmation via email.

What will happen if I returned the wrong item?

Devaluchi Joaillerie will not reship non-Devaluchi items mistakenly sent as returns. Please ensure to send back the correct items.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, faulty or it's wrong?

If your item is damaged , faulty or wrong take a photo of the item, and head to our help center page to book a return.

Can I exchange the items?

We currently don’t offer exchanges, however our items can be returned. Just make sure to follow our return policy.

How do I place an order on your website?

  1. Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific item
  2. Select your desired item and click add to bag
  3. Sign in to your account or continue via guest check out

Can I cancel my order or make some changes to it?

Yes, you may be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. For additional pieces, you cannot add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order instead.

Does your stock items keep its price?

Precious gems and metals retain additional value, supply and demand also plays a huge impact on the price of gold and other precious metals. The prices of our jewelry pieces are never constant  in response to changes.

Will my personal details be safe?

Absolutely! We take date privacy seriously and will only share it if legally permitted and with your consent.

Are you going to restock sold out items?

Most of our items are handcrafted and cannot be duplicated, so only a few sold out items will be back in stock.

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

Our items are mostly limited, we do not offer reservations.
